Let’s turn ugly fish into a sustaining gift: Partnering with Fr. Francis in Kenya, we support school feeding and farming programs for orphans and street children. As James explains, “After losing both my parents at age 8, I joined the other children on the streets. This was a horrible life. We ate any discarded food we could find and slept on the ground. One day, the police rounded us up and put us in cells. I was one of the lucky ones because an officer took me to St. Francis Boys’ Home at Nchiru Children’s Village. Now, my life has changed forever because I have a home and I can go to school. We have 4 pillars here: Prayer, Study, Sports and Work.
