Lettered Lace “Listen” Earrings

These Lettered Lace Earrings are statement earrings for the mother or grandmother who likes to get noticed. The artist lettered by hand the word “Listen” from top to bottom and mirrored the design. If you turn the earrings on its sides, you can see the hidden words.

The earring — made from light-weight maple wood — are an original Pink Salt Riot creation that’s drawn by hand, cut in their studio with a laser, and then assembled by hand by their team.

Sacred Heart of Jesus Print

Inspired by a holy card from 1890, this lovely vintage print features vivid colors printed onto an archival quality cotton paper. At the bottom of the artwork are these words: “Behold this heart that has loved men so much, that it has spared nothing, even to exhausting and consuming Itself, to testify to them Its love.”

A Most Dangerous Innocence

Ever since reading Poor Banished Children (Ignatius Press, 2011), I’ve been a big fan of Catholic author Fiorella De Maria. Her latest book, A Most Dangerous Innocence (Ignatius Press, 2019) is a mystery romance, set in Britain in 1940, about a 16-year-old school girl named Judy Randall who’s convinced that her cruel headmistress is a Nazi spy. Judy — who has Jewish heritage — risks her life and position at the school to uncover the truth.
