Second Sunday of Advent
Lord Jesus, even before your birth you were heralded as the world’s redeemer. Every day, we should seek to emulate your first disciple in John the Baptist, and proclaim your imminence to those still trapped in the darkness. With passion in our hearts, let us proclaim your triumph over death, and the redemption of the human race. Amen.
