Lord God, you gave us marriage not for eternity but that we might find a glimpse of the happiness we shall find in your visage. After the end of time, we shall walk with you, not as husbands and wives, but as souls in adoration of your holiness. Lead us to you, O Lord, that we might overcome our differences and find unity in the love you have for us. Amen.
