Turkey apple sausage patties

- 1 lb. ground turkey
- ½ Red Delicious apple, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- ½ teaspoon each of salt, dried thyme, and ground fennel
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground coriander

In a large bowl,combine all of the ingredients, mixing well. Form 8 patties. On a lightly
sprayed nonstick indoor grill pan or skillet, cook the patties over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until they are completely cooked.- Nutrition Information
