  • You've touched my heart Connie. This says so much. Who among us hasn't wanted to be the "hero"? Who among us hasnt' had loss? Thanks for the reminder that it's important to start everything with prayer. Have a blessed Christmas.

  • Connie -your words always touch my heat in such a wondeful way. You have a true gift in the art of story telling.

  • Fantastic writing, Connie. Seriously. I love your humor, your insight. I so often replace multi-tasking with's one of my greatest downfalls. Ask my kids as I type this while I should be cooking dinner! Yikes! Thanks for the reminder to pray in a special way for those who have lost loved ones this year...Now, to google that poem. Merry Christmas, friend!
