  • For any of you teach Faith Formation. How do you handle parents who are always late picking up their kids? Class time is between masses so sometimes teachers are not able to attend mass and class ends ten minutes before mass. We do speak to the parents. But they just don't seam to get it. Please any help

  • If the classes are on the church grounds then maybe you could take them with you to Mass and the parents can find them there. Especially better is you sit up front. This way you can show them that you are still watching the kids but that Mass is extremely important to you and not something you will miss. So, tell them that if you are no longer in the classroom-you are in the church for Mass and they can pick them up there. Maybe they'll get the hint.
