  • Stop beating yourself up for not being the MOST! We all do that but Jesus knows our limitations, accepts us and loves us as we are. A heartfelt desire to do things better or differently is all he requires. He isn't impressed so much by our works as He is our hearts! Christmas blessings to you and for the New Year.

  • I was thinking the same thing as Kathy. What we do, isn't as important as who we are: children on a Great King. You, Mary, are the precious daughter of a heavenly King and that's a great gift. May the peace of Christ be with you this week in a special way.

  • "Neglect your spiritual life, and the rest of your life becomes a mess. Feed your soul, and the rest of your life follows after." That is so true. Mass keeps me going strong during the following week. Prayer helps me make it through the day. We are all God's children and He understands we are weak at times. He is always there to lift us up and to walk by our side.... You are a special lady and we all love you. Thanks for giving me a blessing today with your blog.....

  • What an awesome blog and what a gift you are to all of us. Thanks for being a wonderful Christmas gift to me and for once again being one of the beautiful creatures that draws me a little closer to my God. He is so good to put people like you in our lives that continue to make us more aware of Who He is.

  • I think that self evaluation is healthy as long we realize that our God is loving and forgiving. We are called to serve and that's a good thing. We are told that God wants us to be spiritually happy and loving. Did someone say we need a healthy sense of humor. Mary is honest and God Bless for sharing that part of her life with us. Merry Christmas

  • I am so happy I ran across this blog. It's almost 2am watching Mother Angelica she's also speaking about us falling. I am hurting so bad. I missed Christmas Mass and it was on a Sunday. I am so lonely my husband goes to church and that is all none of my family has a relationship with Jesus. I love Jesus but how can I love him and hurt him so badly. It all falls apart when I miss saying my Rosary and feel like I can't pray. I worriy about my family making it to Heaven. My oldest daughter tells me to shut up and not talk about Jesus. I feel like I just gave in and joined the crowd. I'm tired of making the same mistakes. Please pray for me. I need your guidance Lord and your strength. I had a rough childhood and I want everything to be perfect. I just pray for the grace to grow in my faith and learn to pray better. I need to put God first not wait till I'm so tired I can't pray.
