  • You've said so much here Rich! Since becoming disabled, that is a lesson I've had to learn, to slow down. I've been forced to slow down, and it has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. Bless you my friend, for putting it all into words we can ALL understand!

  • Thank you Rich for the reminder to slow down and simply. My resolution this year was to keep Christmas in my heart all year. Already I have forgotten to do. Now I will take one day at a time or even one hour and be aware that I want to take a different path this year. Happy New Year!
