I was going to post this prayer for "unknown" for her wedding anniversary...so I will simply post it for all those who are married... Lord Jesus Christ, by Your presence You blessed the wedding in Cana & showed us that You are the true priest of mystical & pure marriage. We thank You for the day on which, by Your heavenly blessing, You joined this man & woman in the sacrament of marriage. Lord, continue to bless & enrich their marriage in love, companionship, mutual support, oneness of heart & progress in faith & life. Protect their Holy wedlock from sin, evil & danger. Nurture between them the spirit of understanding, the spirit of forgiveness & the spirit of peace, that no resentment, quarrel or other problem may cause them to stumble & fall. Grant them to see their own faults & not to judge each other. Keep their bond of love always new. Gladden their lives with the joys of marriage, that with one heart they may praise & glorify You. Amen.
