  • Welcome to the world of blogging!! After reading this quote, I can totally relate to you... "As you can see, I spend a good portion of my day thinking, forgetting, and doing nothing at all." God Bless. I look forward to reading your posts!!

  • You sound like an average wonderful woman to me! I understand the 'cat' thing, I've got two, and sometimes it's nice to turn off the TV and just watch the cats! Sounds to me like you have a lot to say, and I look forward to hearing it!

  • I have never got into the blogging thing before thinking it would waste my time, but yours was wonderful - candid, funny and inspiring. Who knew there were such great lessons in cats, napping, writing and frosting? I look forward to future posts! Thanks for sharing your wit and wisdom.

  • Hi Connie, nice to hear from you....our family can relate to the cat thing. Our new cat is a calico named Ruby and she is a jewel to be around. My 8 year old daughter Alison walks around saying hmpff at least twice a day.....so I can relate to that as well. I really enjoyed your blog and found it refreshing. Keep it up. God Bless you and your family....

  • Might I recommend graham crackers to go with the frosting? Thank you for reminding us that God is even in the forgetting, lost part of our days. And maybe that's the point?

  • I am the cat who lives with Kathy...the person you helped last night at the parish. I teach Kathy the wisdom of my way of doing things. I was glad to hear that you appreciate my kind of being as well. Humans can be slow learners which is why we must be in charge of their households. She says you are a wonderful blogger!
