  • My question is in regards to Sex Education for my daughter. I am going to be doing the Theology of the Body for Teens with her, but was wondering what might be a good program to teach her more of the anatomy part of Sex Ed.? She has had some of that during her Health class in school, but I want to just be sure she has a good knowledge of how the body works.

  • Sorry, no ideas for that, but we did the Mother of Divine Grace's high school class for "Health". It gives you readings from the Catechism for different topics.

  • Understanding the human body & human sexuality goes so much deeper than science. Considering the sensitive nature of the topic & the moral equation involved with human sexuality, I think it is essential that a child knows that they can come to their parent to discuss the matter (vs. friends, teachers, doctors, etc.). Well-meaning & well-informed as others may be, they may not share your beliefs on this important topic. God bless--
