We’ve learned that many of our readers are receiving phone calls from very pushy telemarketers and asking them to renew their subscription, offering reward cards, very cheap subscriptions, saying they are calling from Catholic Digest. We have not authorized this calling program. We’ve been busy trying to track down its source and so far have been unsuccessful.  If you have caller ID and you can send us the phone number of the person who called you, that would be of tremendous help. Please use our “contact us” page and let us know if you have received a call.

In addition, many of our subscribers have received a renewal form that looks like an invoice or a bill. Legitimate renewal offers from Catholic Digest ask for payment to Catholic Digest, not another company and include a business reply envelope with the address P.O. Box 291826, Kettering, OH.  If the renewal you receive does not include this, then it is not an authorized renewal from us.  As always, if you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to get in touch with us by emailing us at:

Authorized renewal agencies do exist. They do not call their customers, nor do they send invoices. What you’ve experienced is against the rules. As soon as we can identify these agencies, we will order them to cease and desist.

We appreciate your faithfulness to Catholic Digest and hope that the magazine continues to inspire you for many years to come.
