In Hallmark’s THREE WEEKS, THREE KIDS, a free-spirited woman takes charge of her sister’s kids for three weeks, allowing her to see motherhood in a new light. (MAY 7) 

 

PBS’ American Experience airs SOUNDTRACK FOR A REVOLUTION: AMERICAN EXPERIENCE, telling the story of the American civil rights movement as heard through its music, including freedom songs that protesters sang on picket lines, in meetings, and in jail cells. (May 9)

 

On PBS, The NATIONAL MEMORIAL DAY CONCERT from Washington, D.C., will be broadcast from 8 to 9:30 p.m. (re-airs 9:30 to 11 p.m.) ET. It will feature an all-star line-up of performers and the National Symphony Orchestra. Joe Mantegna and Gary Sinise co-host. (May 29)

THERE BE DRAGONS tells the story of a Spanish-American journalist trying to mend his relationship with his dying father, who he learns was a close friend of St. Josemaría Escrivá, the founder of Opus Dei. (MAY 6) 

 

Families looking for a good summer movie might welcome Kung Fu Panda 2. Po is living a peaceful life until a new villain comes to the valley to use a secret weapon, conquer China, and destroy kung fu. The furry fighter responds. (May 26)

 

In Pirates of The Caribbean 4, Jack Sparrow and Barbossa embark on a quest to find the elusive fountain of youth, only to discover that Blackbeard and his daughter are after it, too. (May 20)
