Lord, the world is filled with hostile elements which to seek to keep us away from you. Give us the strength to endure these trials, O Lord, and at the end of time, might the wicked and the righteous be separated. Until that time, be our protection, and inspire us to save others from the destructive forces of the evil one. Amen.
